REFWORKS
RefWorks is a web-based software package that enables you to:
- Organize your research
- Easily import references from most of our databases
- Include citations while you write your paper
- Instantly build a bibliography in a variety of formats (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.)
On the library's RefWorks page, you can create your free, personal account. There are also links to online help, tutorials, and live, online training provided by RefWorks.
Additionally, you can schedule individual or group training from a librarian. Training takes approximately 60-90 minutes, and availability will depend on demand. Faculty are welcome to schedule RefWorks training for their classes. Ask-a-Librarian if you would like to discuss training opportunities (in your request, please include some dates and times that would work for you).
Although it takes a little time in the beginning to learn how to use Refworks, we are confident that you will be delighted at how much Refworks simplifies the process of documenting research.
